libetsf-io-dev software package provides Static libraries and Fortran module files of ETSF_IO, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libetsf-io-dev
libetsf-io-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libetsf-io-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libetsf-io-dev *
You will get with libetsf-io-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
